24 - HOW TO WRITE AN EMAIL

TASK: There's a new music club in your town. Write an email to your friend to tell him/her about it. In your email you should:
-say when and where the club is
-ask your friend what music he/she likes
-ask your friend if he/she wants to go to the club
Write an email (about 35-45 words).

EXAMPLE:

Dear Mathew,

How are things?

There’s a new music club in my town. It’s near my school. It is open on Saturdays. What music do you like?

Do you want to come to the club with me? = Would you like to come to the club with me?

Why don’t we go to the club together?

How about going to the club together?

What about going to the club together?

See you soon.  /  Write back soon.  /  Write to me soon.  / Can’t wait to hear from you.  / Can’t wait to see you.
